Refund Policy

NIVIEM offers a 14-day refund policy for paid plugins, in line with EU consumer protection regulations.

How to request a refund

• Contact us at support@niviem.net within 14 days of purchase
• Include your order ID and the email used at checkout
• Briefly describe the reason for your request

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Try before you buy

We strongly encourage trying our free plugins — Phase One, OPT4 and DalEQ Core — before purchasing, to verify compatibility with your system and DAW.

After a refund is issued

Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the plugin must be uninstalled.
