Information We Collect
When You Purchase
Purchases are processed by Paddle, a third-party payment provider that acts as the merchant of record. We receive your email address and name to deliver your license key, downloads, and support. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled entirely by Paddle and are never stored on our servers. Your email address and license key are also stored in the NIVIEM licensing system (the niviem.net account dashboard) so you can re-download and manage activations.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When You Contact Us
If you email us for support, we retain your email and correspondence to provide assistance and improve our products.
