Precision Transistor Ladder Filter

A premium digital emulation of the legendary transistor ladder filter, originally invented by Dr. Robert Moog and patented in 1969 (US Patent 3,475,623). True 4-pole topology with self-oscillation, dual drive characters, and innovative FROM/TO sweep control.

What Makes It Special

True 4-Stage Ladder Topology

Based on US Patent 3,475,623 (1969). Authentic tanh saturation per stage, characteristic passband droop at high resonance, and stable self-oscillation at 100%.

Dual Drive Characters

BJT differential pair (odd harmonics: 3rd, 5th, 7th) for aggressive cutting tone. BF862 JFET (even harmonics: 2nd, 4th) for warm tube-like saturation.

FROM/TO LFO Control

Define your sweep range directly in Hz — set FROM to 200 Hz and TO to 4 kHz, and the LFO sweeps exactly that range with logarithmic interpolation for musical results.

Three Feedback Modes

Clean (pure, precise), Analog (subtle saturation, vintage warmth), and Dirty (heavy saturation, aggressive self-oscillation).

Envelope Follower

Touch-responsive filtering with sensitivity (0-100%), attack (0.1-100ms), release (10-2000ms), and bipolar amount (-100% to +100%). Classic auto-wah response.

Thermal Drift Simulation

Models temperature-dependent behavior of real analog circuits. Adds the 'alive' quality of vintage gear with subtle pitch and filter variations.
